Paul Smith
Paul has over 19 years' human resources experience including executive recruitment, career transition, change management and leadership coaching. He worked for Right Management (formerly Davidson & Axmith) as State Director for 12 years advising and coaching senior executive teams. His prior career has included consulting with KPMG, sales and management in IT and civil engineering design in water resources. He has a BE Hons (Civil) from Adelaide University, Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Institution of Engineers Australia.

Irene Scott Smith
Irene has 18 years' career strategy consulting experience including career transition, change management and leadership coaching. She has worked for Right Management (formerly Davidson & Axmith) dealing with all levels of staff from CEO to operations. Irene's career has included pharmaceutical (Faulding), property valuation and disability services where she is currently a Director. She also has experience in small business start ups within the engineering and tourism sectors. Irene has a Diploma in Human Resources from Monash University, is a Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Australian Counselling Association.
