Greg Brinkley has worked with senior executives and directors in change management and has extensive experience in career transition management, career planning and coaching. Greg established Qld operations of Right Management Consultants, was Deputy GM of Qld Confederation of Industry and State IR Manager, Woolworths. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Chartered Member of AHRI, Associate, Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia and a graduate of Stanford University's Executive Program for Growing Companies.

Kerry Murphy has over 16 years experience in all aspects of human resources and industrial relations - primarily in the finance sector. She has also operated her own consultancy and gained exposure to the medical imaging, construction and transport industries. Since joining Directioneering Queensland, she has worked successfully with a range of senior candidates and corporate clients in the areas of career coaching, career transition and leadership development. Kerry is the Chairman of a National Health Fund (with 15 years Board experience), a member and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Industrial Relations Society of Queensland and a graduate of a Harvard University Program.

Paul Joss has significant experience as a Management Consultant, including change management, organizational review, executive recruitment and career transition. This includes "one-on-one" counseling, group and individual coaching / mentoring as well as career and succession planning. He has worked across most industries and employment levels within the scope of the majority of professional categories from sales and marketing and finance, to the heavy disciplines of engineering and operations. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business (Administration - major in Sociology).
