Catherine Bourke has worked as consultant and manager in organisational development and career management for the last nine years and is an experienced career and executive coach. Her prior human resources' experience included roles with SC Johnson, NCR and NSW Government. Catherine has a BA (Hons) in Psychology and Master of Arts, Cultural Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Nick Plummer has consulted with senior candidates and corporate clients since 1990. During that time he has consulted for Price Waterhouse, Morgan and Banks and Right D&A where he was Managing Principal NSW. Prior to consulting, Nick held various marketing roles with Kellogg and Goodman Fielder in Australia, USA, and Europe. He has a BA in Business, a Diploma in Counselling and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
John Dakin has been a career management consultant since 1997. He worked primarily with the finance sector and implemented the executive transition centre at TMP before moving to Right Management Consultants in a management role with responsibilities across all sectors. Prior to HR consulting, he spent 16 years in executive roles in the education sector in Australia and the UK. John holds a BA and M Ed Admin.
