Biography

I am a practised coach and mentor to CEOs and senior leaders. I have expertise in supporting organisations through significant change.

I have over 30 years of executive experience, including corporate and consulting roles both in Australia and internationally with organisations such as BP, World Bank, Shell, and the City of Melbourne.

My background is in organisational change, leadership development, talent management and coaching and includes experience working in Europe, Africa, the Americas and Asia Pacific.

I actively seek thought leaders and literature to help executives reflect on their future directions and ensure that the delivery of all our services reflects best and emerging practice.

I am a practiced coach with senior business leaders and CEOs and have considerable experience supporting organisations impacted by mergers and acquisitions.
