My background in the recruitment sector focused on account management, business development, temporary and permanent recruitment, group facilitation and assessment and leading teams, and this experience helps me understand the challenges that HR professionals face.
I’m enthusiastic and energetic, having simultaneously worked as a self employed personal trainer and recruitment consultant before taking up a significant opportunity managing a volunteer program for a leading not-for-profit organisation based in the City of Port Phillip, where I was responsible for up to 700 individual, school and corporate volunteers.
