DALE CALHOUN
DIRECTOR, WA
Dale Calhoun established the WA office of Directioneering in 2009. She has extensive experience as a senior executive working with Management Teams and Boards on major change initiatives, strategic capability, talent and leadership related agendas.
She has held HR General Management roles across a wide range of sectors including retail, health, automotive components, food, wine, diversified manufacturing, building materials and resources in a number of large publically listed companies including Pacific BBA Ltd, Boral Ltd, George Weston Foods Ltd, Southcorp Ltd and Iluka Resources Ltd. Dale has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Melbourne University and a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Human Resources Institute.
