Graeme founded Directioneering New Zealand following a background as Managing Director New Zealand for a global leading career strategy consultancy. His earlier background was in Executive Search and Recruitment for local and international consultancies.

His strengths in sales and operations and his commercial, business and management backgrounds enable him to relate to and assist individuals with practical, pragmatic and sound business and career advice. He has worked with many organizations assisting them in times of change, including project managing large organizational restructures involving hundreds of redundancies. Graeme regularly supports executives operating at the most senior levels within organizations.

Graeme has a B.Sc. degree and he is a member of The Institute of Directors, Auckland Rotary Club, and the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand.
