Greg’s extensive work with organisations over 25 years in Senior Management and Human Resources across Northern Australia and PNG from coalface to boardroom, provides him with an excellent professional consulting base.

He works with Company Directors and Senior Executives in the planning and implementation of change including Career Transition programs and personal career planning and coaching.

Before establishing Directioneering Queensland in 2005, Greg’s earlier career appointments included State Director for Right Management, Deputy General Manager of Queesland Confederation of Industry and State Industrial Relations Manager for Woolworths. Greg is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Associate, Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia and a graduate of Stanford University’s Executive Program for Growing Companies.
