Jannine has worked in career management for over 21 years. During this time she has partnered with the leadership of many of Australia’s leading listed and private firms.

Under Jannine’s leadership, directioneering Victoria achieved its position as the leading provider of executive transition services within its first five years. She has assisted premiere Australian and global businesses in designing strategies and developing solutions for major organisational changes such as restructuring, merger and acquisition. Jannine Fraser has in-depth experience coaching senior executives and corporate clients as they navigate through significant periods of change.  Prior to establishing directioneering Victoria in 2004, she was the local director of marketing for a global consulting firm where she built a new practice from scratch for a firm undertaking its own significant ownership change.

During the 1990s, Jannine worked with Frederick Davidson in D&A and then Right, building a substantial transition practice that counted Australia’s leading firms amongst its clients with substantial partnerships within resources, finance and FMCG.

Jannine currently serves on a private board, is on the committee of Melbourne Boston Sister Cities Association, and was the founding moderator of the Private Health Insurers forum. Prior to moving into career management, Jannine worked in film and media and retains a strong interest in the arts. Jannine’s experience is supported by breadth of accreditation that includes Management Research Group’s Leadership Effectiveness & Personal Directions, Birkman, Targeted Selection and MBTI. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (hons.English) from Monash University, is a qualified counsellor and is also an active member of the CEO Circle. Jannine is currently writing a book to support parents in conversations with their children around the issues of work, life and career.
