Michelle has a diverse career background in the corporate, manufacturing, not for profit, leisure & hospitality sectors.
Michelle worked for eight years in recruitment engaged in account management, business development, temporary & permanent recruitment, group facilitation & assessment and leading teams. Michelle completed a post graduate qualification in Human Resources and worked in a generalist Human Resources role prior to returning to further study to gain qualifications as a Personal Trainer.
Michelle simultaneously worked as a self employed personal trainer and recruitment consultant before taking up a significant opportunity within the not-for-profit sector. Michelle led the Volunteer Program for a leading not-for-profit organisation based in the City of Port Phillip, managing up to 700 individual, school and corporate volunteers.
