Paul has focused on Management Consulting since 1987, where his experience has encompassed all aspects of career transition, change management, organizational review, and recruitment. This experience includes “one-on-one” counselling as well as group and individual coaching and executive mentoring.
He is appropriately qualified to provide advice on career and succession planning. He has worked across most industry categories and employment levels within the scope of the majority of professional categories from sales and marketing and finance, to the heavy disciplines of engineering and operations. He commenced his career within a heavy engineering and assembly / manufacturing environment.
Apart from developing strong skills in financial and human resource management, he developed effective experience in logistics, materials handling, engineering and marketing functions. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business with majors in Sociology and Administration from Royal Melbourne lnstitute of Technology (RMIT). Further relevant credentials included membership to AHRI and RCSA.
