Ralph Wollner has exceptional firsthand experience in building sustainable businesses, steering business turnarounds and re-defining organisational structures across a number of diverse industries. In his 28 years of experience as a CEO, Managing Director or Director of numerous successful companies, he is in a unique position to coach others in these senior leadership roles.

Prior to his involvement at Directioneering, Ralph was appointed Chair to an international CEO support and development group. In this capacity, Ralph coached and mentored over 20 CEOs of companies drawn from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. He also founded Greyhair Pty Ltd in 1999, to invest in, mentor and consult to start ups. Greyhair established Australian Distributed Incubator, widely regarded as one of Australia’s most progressive and successful IT incubators.

In a broader capacity, Ralph has been recognised for his strategic thinking and ability to align organisations and its people with new visions and skill sets to deliver outstanding results. His experience in building successful teams and finding simple solutions to highly complex problems highlight innovative ways of leading and communicating at a senior level. Ralph’s ability to conceptualise on both a local and global level gives executive candidates fresh tools for coming to their personal optimal outcomes.

Ralph completed a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Melbourne, and a Masters of Comparative Law at George Washington University, Washington DC. He is a fellow at the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a nationally accredited mediator. Ralph was an Adjunct Professor at RMIT University from 1998 to 2008.
