Typically, these programs are part of a talent development initiative. They are usually delivered one on one and help the individual to define executive career planning goals that are aligned with those of the organisation.
We also train leaders and human resource professionals in career coaching and mentoring skills, particularly to enhance their ability to have constructive conversations about an individual’s executive career management. This training can occur in the context of a talent identification and succession planning program or as a normal part of business for all leaders.
