We help the employer plan and manage the departure, proving support for both HR and management and advising on change management and recommitment strategies.
One-to-one attention and support is given to the departing employee to develop an understanding of their unique situation. By building a trusting, collaborative relationship with the impacted employee we help them more quickly adjust to change and start constructively planning and taking their next career steps.
