My passion is helping Organisations to develop an outstanding, end to end employee experience to enable employee growth. I have a deep understanding of the power of reskilling and upskilling diverse talent to future-proof organisations

Anne leads the Talent Solutions Practice at Directioneering. With her philosophy that the employee experience should be a strategic business initiative rather than a standard element of talent strategy, she is a fantastic addition to the Directioneering business.

Anne is well regarded locally and overseas for her deep understanding of the power of reskilling and upskilling diverse talent to future-proof careers and the energy she brings to those around her.

Having amassed deep local and international experience with a number of blue-chip companies. Her deep craft spans leading and delivering HR solutions, Talent, Capability, Leadership and Learning solutions. Currently, Anne is motivated by excellence in consultation, stakeholder engagement, design thinking (HCD), planning, collaboration, technology and data.

A true whole brained thinker (and practicing abstract artist) Anne can manage a lot of complexity and detail without losing focus on the big picture.  Artistry aside, in her spare time, Anne enjoys coaching netball and is the Vice President of her local netball club.
