My areas of specialisation include leadership development, talent and assessment. I have gained significant experience working on change projects and the impact on career for employees within small organisations through to large multinationals across all sectors. This focus has allowed me to partner with employees from graduate through to senior executive, helping to guide them and reach decisions by identifying capabilities, aspirations and enhancing personal effectiveness.
I combine my strong practitioner skills with a research background from the Australian Graduate School of Management and University of New South Wales. I have led pioneering research for women in leadership and I’m passionate about workplace diversity.
