I have nearly 20 years’ experience in the executive coaching, outplacement and career transition, and recruitment industries. I’ve designed and delivered hundreds of executive, management and professional outplacement and career transition programs for private and public sector clients.

I have extensive experience developing competency management frameworks, high potential and leadership development programs, and 360 degree and organisational survey projects.

I have a passion for assisting businesses and individuals to fully develop their talent and career potential and have presented at a number of CEDA’s Copland Programs for emerging leaders. For just under five years, I led the West Australian talent management practice of a global recruitment and talent management organisation, and was a member of the talent management senior leadership team for the APAC region.

I was the first Australian to be accredited in the Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT) and its workplace applications, and have used this pioneering model of emotional intelligence to help individuals successfully manage the emotional challenges of career transition and development.

I have been described by Dr. David Caruso as Western Australia’s foremost authority on the ability model of emotional intelligence and one of Australia’s leading experts.
