I started my career as a commercial lawyer and moved to the corporate world where I have held senior executive roles in strategy, organisational development and people and culture across a range of sectors, including retail, pharmaceutical distribution, higher education and Government Business Enterprise.

I have been part of the design and delivery of bespoke Leadership Development Programs in numerous organisations.

As a consultant and trusted advisor, I have also worked with leaders of large and small-to-medium organisations on strategy, leadership development, strategic planning and key process implementation.
