Throughout my career I have held various senior HR leadership roles in Australia and Canada, working in a range of sectors and organisational contexts.

Specifically, I have supported leadership teams navigate large-scale transformations in remote mining towns and in major cities, gaining experience in identifying the needs of others and how to support and lead in change.

I am particularly passionate about preparing people for difficult conversations, helping them find the words and approach that suits their style, empowering them to navigate independently through career challenges.
