Biography

As an Executive Coach, Silvia is passionate about working with organisations and individuals to reach their potential. She advises senior business leadership and founders of start-up companies on business growth and how to establish themselves in the market and strive towards their next growth horizon.

Silvia is an authentic leader who has over 20 years’ experience working for global ASX top 10 corporations and as an entrepreneur of two companies.

As a Management Consultant at EY, Silvia consulted, designed and implemented innovative solutions to achieve improved business performance. Silvia was also a Business Development Executive at IBM and EY, where she developed and executed go-to-market strategies to achieve exceptional client service and business growth success.

Silvia is also an entrepreneur who has directed two start-up companies. Her first is Pomodoro, an Italian Cooking School that taught home-style Italian cuisine to the consumer and corporate market. She also started Hearing Insurance, which was the first Australian company dedicated at providing specialised insurance for portable electronic hearing devices.
